WFH ergonomic and activity wellness program

Show you care about your team even when they’re not in the office by providing our WFH ergonomic and activity wellness program to improve their home working environment and wellbeing.

This unique program involves one of our specialist consultants attending the employee’s residence to conduct a complete workstation ergonomic assessment, adjustments and equipment recommendations required for safe practice, whilst also developing an activity program to improve your employee’s motivation and overall wellness.

Our services

Virtual ergonomic review

One-on-one home ergonomic review with a qualified SIS Rehab Consultant that ensures correct ergonomic setup and equipment are being utilised to support a safe work environment.

 

Inclusions

  • Pre-discussion with the team member to ensure they have reviewed, and self-assessed against an ergonomic checklist provided by SIS Rehab
  • 20 minute virtual meeting conducted via MS Teams, Skype or Facetime to review the ergonomic setup and make adjustments or recommendations accordingly
  • A completed checklist with a summary of discussion is provided to the workplace for records and future reference

Recommended for

  • Team members who are making the transition to work from home and have no pre-existing injuries or concerns with workplace ergonomics
  • Usually completed as an injury prevention/duty of care
At-home ergonomic assessment

A qualified SIS Rehab Consultant will attend the employee’s residence and conduct a complete workstation ergonomic assessment.

 

Inclusions

  • Pre-discussion with the team member to ensure they have reviewed, and self-assessed against an ergonomic checklist provided by SIS Rehab 30 minute on-site assessment to review and make any adjustments and equipment recommendations required for safe practice
  • A completed report with a summary of the assessment, discussion and recommendations made is provided to the workplace for records and future reference

Recommended for

  • Team members who are making the transition to work from home and have raised specific concerns with workplace ergonomics/injury symptoms
  • Usually completed to support any necessary workplace adjustments/equipment required
At-home ergonomic assessment with stretching program

A qualified SIS Rehab Consultant will attend the employee’s residence, conduct a complete workstation ergonomic assessment and prescribe a tailored stretching program.

 

Inclusions

  • Pre-discussion with the team member to ensure they have reviewed, and self-assessed against an ergonomic checklist provided by SIS Rehab
  • 45 minute on-site assessment to review and make any adjustments and equipment recommendations required for safe practice
  • Implementation of a tailored stretching program with regular breaks to ensure no injuries occur whilst working from home. The program will address any specific concerns or injury history raised during the assessment
  • A completed report with a summary of the assessment, discussion, prescription of exercises/stretches and recommendations made is provided to the workplace for records and future reference

Recommended for

  • Team members who are making the transition to work from home and have raised specific concerns with preexisting injuries or workplace ergonomics
  • Usually completed to support any necessary workplace adjustments/equipment required alongside mild symptom management as a result of workplace ergonomics
